Hi! I do have a question: when whipping, after the gathering thread has been pulled and I am ready to apply to garment -- is the garment edge finished? Or is there a way to gather a ruffle, apply to edge of garment and finish garment edge all in one go (wishful thinking, eh?) thank you!
